Position Summary:

  • Own and drive the full cycle recruitment strategy and results for F5.
  • Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies - including driving a recruitment plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing.
  • Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and clients to advise on specifics for the position, including leveling/compensation strategy, immigration and market trends.
  • Utilize strategic advising and influencing skills; demonstrate staffing expertise and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Serve as the talent specialist on critical recruiting initiatives - craft and implement sourcing and pipeline strategy and timeline - drive the dedicated talent sourcing to hire sales professionals to meet business needs.
  • Educate/train hiring managers and Sr Management on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, compliance requirements and hiring manager best practices.
  • Design and provide on-going training to managers on hiring/interviewing practices and procedures, with focus on interviewing techniques and EEO/OFCCP/Sarbox compliance.
  • Mentor, provide training, and encourage knowledge share and teamwork with fellow recruitment teammates and HR Partners.
  • Deliver results with little supervision and effectively handle multiple projects and candidates.
  • Meet standard measurements of success for staffing, including (but not limited to recruitment metrics, annual hiring plan, diversity goals, and cost/time to hire standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience working in Human Resources / Recruiting environment
  • Direct experience at organizations in the following areas of technology is a plus: Application Delivery/Software Defined Networks, Cloud Applications, and/or Security.
  • Proven experience and passion toward targeting high-producing talent skill sets; ability to creatively find top talent using advanced search techniques, passive sourcing, social media, personal network, referrals, and the internet.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience is required with a proven ability to attract, recruit and close.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Applicant Tracking System usage, and internet candidate search techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communications both written and verbal required; ability to effectively communicate at various levels of the management chain.
  • Proven influence & leadership skills; ability to effectively collaborate, lead and drive the recruitment process with hiring managers and candidates.
